To celebrate surviving the midterm exam in Dr. Kohen’s class this afternoon, I’ll be writing some longer form posts and posing a few open questions.
First, the questions:
1) What would be the impact on the state level if the Defense of Marriage Act were to be repealed? Would this cause serious problems for states due to the full faith and credit clause, or is this concern overstated?
Lawyers and law students, go wild please.
2) What would you do to increase revenue for the federal government? I have a list of some options here, but feel free to add your own. That debt isn’t going anywhere.
